These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for using the Narrora Application provided by HOOGO – Tomasz Kulesza, located at ul. Graniczna 53C/47, 40-018 Katowice, VAT ID: 6342739846. These terms also apply to the use of the Website and the provided API.

General Provisions
- These Terms are directed to individuals (“Users”) using the Application and/or the Website.
- The Application is designed for recognizing text (OCR) displayed during gameplay (screenshots) and playing it as audio. In the testing phase, the Application is provided free of charge to selected testers for 1 year.
- The official launch of the Application may require a licensing fee or additional charges for extra modules (e.g., translations, new games).
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the Website or email.
- Use of the Application requires acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Definitions
- Application – the Narrora software (for Windows) designed to recognize game texts and play them as audio.
- Website – the website owned by HOOGO – Tomasz Kulesza, which includes information about the Application and enables User verification and audio file downloads.
- API – the programming interface provided via the Website through which the Application communicates with the server.
- Service Provider / HOOGO – HOOGO – Tomasz Kulesza, ul. Graniczna 53C/47, 40-018 Katowice, VAT ID: 6342739846.
- User – any individual using the Application and/or the Website.

Scope and Terms of Service
- The Application enables capturing parts of the screen (from games) and recognizing (OCR) the displayed text, which is then played as voice-over.
- During gameplay, the Application may send fragments of screenshots to the Service Provider or third parties (e.g., AI systems) for analysis, text recognition, and audio generation.
- By selecting a screen area and activating OCR, the User consents to such processing.
- The Service Provider will use its best efforts to ensure the Application functions properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Application updates are mandatory; failure to update may result in limited or no access to the Application.

Technical Terms, License, Prohibited Actions
- Use of the Application requires a Windows computer and an Internet connection.
- The User receives a non-exclusive license to use the Application as intended.
- Modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise interfering with the Application’s source code without written consent is prohibited.
- The Application must not be used in any manner that violates the law or infringes upon the rights of third parties or accepted standards of conduct.

Registration and User Account
- To access all features of the Application and Website, registration may be required. During registration, the User provides, among others, a username, email, name, password, and phone number (and any additional data necessary for transactions).
- The User is required to provide accurate information and to keep their password confidential.
- The Service Provider may verify User data to ensure proper service provision.

Payments, License, and Subscriptions
- Currently, the Application is offered free of charge (for selected testers). The Service Provider plans to introduce a paid license in the future.
- The paid license may include additional packages, such as translations, an expanded dialogue library, and game integrations.
- Detailed payment terms will be provided when the commercial version of the Application is launched.

Liability
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Application. The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties.
- The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be compatible with every game or that the recognized text will be 100% accurate.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for any breach of game regulations (e.g., anti-cheat systems) if the Application is deemed incompatible with the game publisher’s policies.

Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Application or Website should be sent by email to contact@narrora.com.
- The Service Provider will review complaints as promptly as possible and notify the User of the outcome.

Final Provisions
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, and any disputes will be resolved by the court in Katowice.
- These Terms take effect on the date of publication on the Website.
- For matters not covered in these Terms, the provisions of applicable law shall apply.
