This Privacy Policy explains how Narrora (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and creator platform (the “Service”).

It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

• Account data such as name, email, authentication identifiers, and profile details.
• Project content you upload or create (manuscripts, characters, storyboards, generated pages, and settings).
• Billing and subscription metadata processed via payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on Narrora servers).
• Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, approximate location, and product analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Support messages you send us.

We use information to:

• Provide, personalize, and improve the Service (including AI generation and continuity features).
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and keep accounts secure.
• Process subscriptions, credits, and invoices.
• Communicate about product updates, security notices, and support.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We share data with service providers who help us run Narrora (hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and AI compute), under contractual obligations to protect it.

We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. You may request account deletion; some records may remain where required by law or for backup integrity.

You can update some account details in-product. You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links.

The Service is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Narrora may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
